When using our webpage as a tool for reservation of transfer services you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted general terms of our business.
1. Transfer in general
By "transfer" we understand the transfer of at least one passenger from the starting point to previously agreed destination.
Reservation is made online and it must be finished at least 24 hours before the agreed date of the transfer.
If someone wants to make a reservation for the transfer in 24 hours, (s)he has to contact the administrator by the phone.
If the reservation is accepted, the confirmation about it will be sent to your e-mail address and after that we will contact you with the details about your transfer as soon as possible.
If you have made the reservation without the credit card, you have to be available on the day of reservation and 48 hours before the transfer. If you are not available your transfer will be canceled.
We reserve the right to decline the reservation if we don’t have free vehicles.
We reserve the right to forward your transfer to our partners if we cannot make it. In that case we are not responsible for any possible damage.
The person who enters the data is responsible for their correctness and she guarantees that the credit card is hers or that she has the permission to use it.
The transfer operator is not responsible for any incorrectly written or untruthful data.
Tadamtransfers reserves the right to change the prices without previous announcement.
Reservations made before the change of the price will be charged according to the price valid at the moment of making the reservation.
4. Transfer cancellation
In case of cancellation of transfer 4 or more days before the agreed date of the transfer Tadamtransfers gives back the full amount of payment.
The payment will not be returned in case of cancellation of transfer 3 or less days before the agreed date of the transfer.
