Zadar Airport has been reporting positive trends in increasing number of passengers and connecting with new European destinations in the last two years. In 2016 there was a great milestone in number of passengers going through Zadar Airport, over half million people were travelling through Zadar Airport that year, 520 000 people, to be more precise. Not only was there an increase in number of passengers, but also in luggage traffic, which increased 106% in comparison to year 2015. Our taxi transfer services were available even in the recording year 2016. We were doing taxi transfers from Zadar Airport to Novalja, Tisno, Vodice, Šibenik, Split and Zadar city. Our company Tadam Transfers started working independently in 2015 and since then we have been successfully connecting Zadar Airport and Zadar city with the rest of Croatia by taxi transfers.  The successful business of Zadar Airport continued also in 2017 with 590 000 passengers when the milestone from 2016 was surpassed. It is the increasement of 70 000 more passengers and 14% more traffic. By opening new flights towards new European destinations and lowering the prices of flights Zadar and its surrounding became closer to tourists then ever before. Zadar Airport even became interesting to famous foreign airplane companies such as EasyJet, Eurowings, Rayanair, Lufthansa, Vueling and Croatian airplane company Croatia Airlines. For year 2018 there have been opened some new flights toward German cities Frankfurt, Bremen and Mommingen, Norwegian Oslo and Greek Athens. Positive increasement in number of passengers and surpassing the number 600 000 is expected in this year.
